Islington

We have worked closely with the main contractor and client on this stunning Victorian renovation in Islington. The property has undergone a major refurbishment starting from a newly built basement, up to a brand-new loft conversion. In addition to the traditional box frame windows we supplied, the main part of our contract was the supply and installation of all internal cabinetry. From traditional alcove cabinets, shelving in the master bedroom and main living area, to the Birch ply cabinetry which dominated much of the properties design.

The basement and ground floor have cleverly designed built in storage and shelving on several walls, as well as the loft conversion which has been wrapped entirely in birch ply paneling with a hidden built in ensuite. Our contemporary Ash staircase climbs all five floors, complemented by exposed brick as a theme throughout. The property is the perfect example of modern East End architecture, mixing the traditional period features with new contemporary wooden design.
